SUMMER apartment (studio flat)

The Summer apartment is the part of the complex nearest to the sea, its terrace is less than 10 metres from the sea and you can hear the sound of the waves from the apartment. It is about 32 square metres and has a 6 square metre terrace with a table and 2 chairs.The apartment consist of a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, 1 double bed and 1 parking place in the garage. The apartment offers free internet connection, a plasma TV with digital and satellite channels and indipendently controlled air conditioning. The apartment provides the following for 2 people: kitchenette: fridge, 4-ring electric hob with fibreglass plates, dishwasher, microwave oven, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, table linen, clothes rack and all necessary cooking facilities. Bedroom area: sheets, pillows, blankets. Bathroom: towels, airdryer. For the beach sun loungers and umbrella. Sleeps up to 2 people, no pets allowed, no smoking.
